Madeleine Kaiser
I am ready for the ideas of tomorrow and wish to work with people who think likewise. This is one of the reasons I chose Swisscom eight years ago as my preferred employer, after first having gained valuable experiences as a Recruitment Consultant. It’s the willingness to grow, innovate and explore with curiosity that not only drives me but also Swisscom Ltd, one of Switzerland’s leading IT companies. With the aim to inspire people in the networked world.
At Swisscom, I initially supported the Business Units in their recruitment and sourcing activities. Followed by the further development of internal Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Management approaches and tools. Currently, I work in Employer Branding and am passionate about attracting and keeping (future) employees to work with us.
In all those roles and responsibilities I’ve always strived to combine hands-on experience on the job with theoretical education related to the company’s needs. That’s why I just recently finished my master’s degree in “New Business” (Sustainable Business Development & Innovation).
Katja Wohlwend
“Without people strategy is just a concept”
I am a big fan of strategic approaches and sustainable solutions. After my Master studies in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen, I decided to focus first on the people dimension. That’s how I entered the HR world and got passionate about Employer Branding.
8 years and various roles in the Employer Branding universe later, my heart still beats for this topic. Today, I am happy to drive Employer Branding at Swisscom, the leading telecommunications and one of the leading IT companies in Switzerland. “What you do is who we are” – this sentence is the core of our employer positioning and the reason why I am enjoying my job at Swisscom. Here I get the freedom, flexibility and opportunities to bring my full self to the company and to shape Swisscom together with my colleagues.

Rob Lewis
Some say you need make-up to make it at L’Oréal. I’d say I’m the complete antithesis of this.
Having worked in a number of companies (with some pretty cool brands!), I’ve ended up with some invaluable experience across global, regional and local roles:
– Recruiting senior staff to eat Coco Pops all day? Check.
– Travelling the world filming Cadbury culture videos? Check.
– Developing a localised EVP, all while having fantastically moisturised skin? Check.
From employer brand marketing, through end-to-end recruitment, and all the while still managing to be data-drvien in decision-making, I’ve had some pretty awesome experiences. Let’s be honest, if it’s cool, creative marketing or even cutting edge TA-technology then I’m up for a chat.
