Kim Wilkes has spent her career in the talent attraction space and is passionate about supporting women and folks from underrepresented backgrounds in their career journeys. She’s an active member of the Elpha community, where she connects women to new opportunities. She got her start in recruiting at an RPO, transitioned to corporate recruiting, and has spent the past 5+ years in tech, leading talent sourcing and employer brand organizations.
