I have worked for 25 years to help global organisations create an employee experience that supports their people to thrive at work. In that time I have worked for RELX (FTSE #8 and highest performing share in the FTSE in 2023), Nestle, GSK, E.ON, Centrica, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, Cancer Research UK amongst others. I have worked agency side and run my own consultancy business. During all of that, the part of my job I enjoy the most is supporting others to achieve great things in their career.
In 2023 I was the proud winner of Leader of the Year from the Institute of Internal Communications and my team also won Internal Communications Team of the Year, which was my proudest moment of the night. We also won the Best Employee Experience award and the Employer brand awards.
