I started my digital marketing career and entered the world of recruitment and sourcing. Over the years, the innovative ways to hire and attract candidates enticed me to explore new career paths. I evangelized talent branding in Capgemini by building EVP and talent attraction campaigns globally and now building ShareChat’s talent brand.
Building, engaging and learning through the community is one purposes that drives me. I’m a co-founder of Recruiting Adda community in India.
