Courtney Harris is the Global Employer Brand Manager at Cummins and has been with the company since 2011. She began her career in Nashville, TN in the Cummins Filtration business segment, supporting aftermarket sales teams, product marketing, branding and trade shows and events. In 2018, she joined the Employer Brand team as a Marketing Communications Specialist supporting Talent Acquisition and became the Employer Brand Manager in 2022.
In her current role, Courtney sets the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy and drives initiatives to engage and recruit niche talent. She oversees storytelling, recruiting events and social media efforts to amplify Cummins’ presence across global partnerships. Her work has helped elevate the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, strengthen candidate engagement and showcase authentic employee experiences through compelling content.
